On Falling In Love

Sometimes I think that you need to see someone love something before you can love it.
To show you what it looks like.
To teach you

I'm falling deeper and deeper.

I would give up sleep forever

if it meant

that You would rock me gently

and speak gently to me

all night long.

and Your mercy

and my tired eyes.

Stirring

Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: "Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?" Then I said, "Here am I! Send me." Isaiah 6:8

Something is stirring.
There is expectancy in the hearts of His people.
New fire.
New intimacy.
Awakening.

“Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.” Ephesians 5:14

Awake, awake! Put on your strength, O Zion; Put on your beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city! For the uncircumcised and the unclean Shall no longer come to you.
