I can't help but to notice today that Christians seem to be divided over this question.
Some are elated because justice has been served.
Some are judgmental because others are elated.
Some are broken because another soul has ended up in hell.
Some don't even know how to feel because they don't know how they "should" feel.
Why all the complex emotions?
Why all the confusion?
What's the "correct" answer?
Here and here are two resources that I personally believe explain things well.
In the end, it's between you and God. Ask Him how you should react, and He'll let you know.
